CANCELLATION POLICY

• CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE & CYCLE POLICY As a solo wax specialist, every appointment slot is important. Please review my updated policy below to keep things fair and flexible for everyone 💕 🕓 CANCELLATION POLICY • Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 2 days before your appointment will forfeit the deposit and will need to make a new appointment. • There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals anything after your appointment is cancelled. • SQUEEZE IN fee ($30) may be available upon your esthetician. 🔁 RESCHEDULE POLICY • If you need to reschedule 2 or more days before your appointment, your deposit will transfer ONCE to the new date. • If you cancel completely or need to reschedule again, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one required to rebook. • Any reschedule made less than 2 days before your appointment is considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited. 🩸 CYCLE PROTECTION ADD-ON I completely understand that your cycle can be unpredictable! Add the Cycle Protection option at booking for peace of mind. (Does not go towards service) This add-on allows ONE complimentary reschedule within 7 days of your original appointment if your period starts unexpectedly no fee, no deposit loss, even if you’re within the 2-day window. If the rescheduled appointment is canceled again, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. WITHOUT this add-on, the regular 2-day cancellation policy applies even for cycle related cancellations. • WAX WEDNESDAYS+Cycle Protection Add on Cycle Protection lets you reschedule ONCE if your cycle starts unexpectedly. For Wax Wednesday specials, it must be rebooked for another Wednesday. If rescheduled again or canceled, the add-on and deposit are forfeited, and a new deposit will be required. 💕 • NO SHOW POLICY Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future services.
